The only other bid besides the Onion’s was $3.5 million from First United American Companies LLC, the company that operates Jones’ online supplement store.
How come it is public not only how many bidders there were in total, but also their names and their bids, but it is not public how much TheOnion is willing to pay?
Because that's what was discussed at the hearing on Thursday.
> "I was told Elon is going to be very involved in this,” Jones said during a live broadcast on X... Jones noted that lawyers for X were present at the hearing, adding, somewhat mysteriously, “The cavalry is here. Trump is pissed.” (He later elaborated that “Trump knows I’m one of his biggest defenders.”)
Someone should remind him that Trump isn't President for another 10 weeks.
And if X wants to enter a bid, they should have to justify why they should be allowed to, given that they did not enter a bid when it was at auction (or even register as a potential bidder).
I think he’s a liability for trump.
Elon Goebbels enters the room.
