Actually, it was South Korea that did the extraditing. The US requested it. The suspect will be tried in a Maryland (US) federal court, starting Nov 4.
That title is utter crap, but it is the actual TechCrunch article title.

Yeah, that makes sense. It's just kindof weird how it's so wrong. It's like "news outlets" don't have editors anymore :-)
