Watching the new season of The Diplomat with Keri Russell has me thinking: Does British or American intelligence have solid evidence as to who is responsible? If so, what in the diplomatic calculus would keep them from making that information public?

HN was sure this was the Ruskies.

Why not both? China causing chaos on behalf of Russia is not particularly a stretch.

However, HN really does have a tendency to jump to "enemy action" when they have daily evidence that "gross incompetence" is more than sufficient in most cases.

Nevertheless, just because someone is incompetent doesn't mean that they aren't really out to get you.

People who aren't jumping to conclusions aren't as loud as the ones that do. Therefore, we're bound to hear more of the former regardless of the actual opinions held by people of the community.
