    This is hardly a study across the entire world. The US has more than half of these "major markets", the UK has a quarter, and by "China" they only mean Hong Kong.

        Odd they'd bundle the tied cities together as 1 list entry in England, but break out the US cities that tied into 2 entries on the list.
